Udhayanidhi Stalin’s latest famil flick Nimir was released 26th January 2018.Nimir is remake of blockbuster malayalam movie Maheshinte Prathikaram whih was released in 2016.Vetaran director Priyadarshan directed this film and Santhosh T Kuruvila funded.Namitha Pramod and Parvati Nair plays female lead.
The film story revolves around the life of an average photographer National Selvam, played by Udhaynidhi Stalin whose idea of clicking the perfect picture is making his customers go through a series of physical rituals: chin up, shoulder down and eyes wide. His father (Mahendran) is the only member of the family, but he has his support from his uncle (MS Bhaskar). His childhood sweetheart Valli (Parvathi) dumps him for a better life.
Adding furthermore complications to his life is when this good-hearted man gets thrashed by a ruffian (Samuthirakani) for no reason. Now the innocent protagonist vows not to wear the slipper until he seeks revenge for the beating.
